About Us

Meet Sharon Siekaniec, the Founder of Metamorphosis Counseling and Wellness Center. Sharon’s journey towards establishing this center began with a life-changing promise she made to God in the summer of 2005. Driven by a deep desire to help others heal from their past traumas and discover their true selves, Sharon embarked on a mission to show that healing and wholeness are achievable through faith and support.

Sharon’s path to healing started with her active involvement in recovery programs and support groups within her community. Her dedication and passion for transformation led her to become a group leader, facilitating sessions on substance use, childhood trauma, domestic violence, and sexual assault. This initial experience laid the foundation for her extensive career in the medical and mental health sectors in Central Florida.

With over 17 years of experience in various healthcare settings, Sharon gained valuable insights into clinical care and mental health support. In 2014, she co-founded a nonprofit organization in the Tampa Bay area focused on trauma and dissociation support. Through this initiative, Sharon organized support groups, art therapy workshops, and conferences, fostering education, empowerment, and community among trauma survivors and mental health professionals.

Following the closure of the nonprofit in 2018, Sharon’s commitment to serving women facing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and dissociation led her to establish Metamorphosis Counseling and Wellness Center LLC. Armed with her faith, experience, and dedication, Sharon continues to guide individuals on their paths to freedom and healing.
